Why the change?
Since opening in 2023, our restaurant has become a favourite among locals, expats, and tourists looking for authentic Thai flavors. While we originally launched as Ma Der Restaurant, we felt it was time for a name that better reflects the passion, expertise, and personality behind our dishes. Beam’s Kitchen pays tribute to our co-owner and head chef, Beam, whose deep-rooted knowledge of Isaan cuisine has shaped our menu from the start.
What’s Staying the Same?
Though our name has changed, everything you love about us remains. Our commitment to high-quality, flavourful Thai food continues, with a menu that blends:

Our weekly Saturday BBQ Night is still going strong, and we remain dedicated to offering a warm, welcoming experience for all.
